Fig Bliss ... alternative and international sounds as background music with different moods for the times of the day...exposing a variety of genres from world music to fusion, from funk to DUB and ambient.
Fig Gallery ... Monthly art galleries of local and regional artist using different medias.... thus creating a new market and redecorating the outlet on monthly basis.
Projections ... Walls that move.... layers of colors and images projected on the rustic walls communicating passively with the guest without infringing on their conversation.
Festivals ... Monthly tribute to cultures and countries, bringing their music, art, food and drinks under the Blue Fig roof through the Fig Bliss, projections and food, exposing guests to new experiences with a subtle monthly renewal.
Menu ... The menu is a reflection of the concept, original and unique quality dishes that represent flavors from different cultures from around the globe, fusing east and west, north and south.... the spicy and the mild.... completing the experience and adding to the atmosphere.
