In this release of the app it adds an announcement page for information about the city and other goings on in the city. There is a page to post images and a short description of whats going on. This release also adds fixes so that the app is more responsive for the user. This fixes a major bug with the search feature in the subpage along with some other bugs that might be minor or fairly major.
